• Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE local delivery on all orders over €39.

3. Local Pickup Discount (Click & Collect) Enjoy a 10% discount on your total purchase when you choose to collect your order personally from our store!

• How to claim: Select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout and use the discount code: PICKUP10. We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for collection.

4. Processing and Delivery Times

• Processing Time: We aim to prepare and pack your order within 1 business day.

• Delivery Time: Once dispatched via MaltaPost, delivery typically takes between 1 to 3 business days. Please note that deliveries to Gozo may occasionally experience slight delays depending on postal schedules.

• You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched or is ready for pickup.

5. Shipping Terms In accordance with Maltese consumer law, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the consumer upon physical possession of the items. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase, as AnalíaCosmetics cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost deliveries due to incorrect address information provided.

6. Damaged Shipments If your package arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition with photographs and contact us immediately at analiacosmetic@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue with the carrier promptly.
