Right of Withdrawal (EU Cooling-off Period) In accordance with European Union legislation, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. 

Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Hygiene and Health Exceptions Due to the nature of our products and in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, returns of cosmetic or personal care goods that have been unsealed, opened, or used after delivery are not accepted for health protection and hygiene reasons.

Additionally, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom products or special orders.

  • Gift cards.

  • Sale items (this does not affect your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal if the product is faulty).

Return Process To start a return, you must contact us at analiacosmetic@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will need to send your package to the following address in Malta:

345 Tourist ST. Bugibba, Malta.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs Please be advised that shipping costs for returning the item are the sole responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error by Analía Cosmetics or the product is defective. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
